CNC precision wound with .518 dia 40° Tri-Star arm with the new Ultralight Ultra can and .450 long scale magnets which are lighter in weight with no loss of torgue due to efficient magnet design and improved magnet material. Recommended Gearing 9T (64p) or 10T (72p). Magnets are epoxied in place and ID ground, bearings are align reamed, hoods are deburred before GOLD plating which is used for lowest contact resistance. Hoods and Endbell bearing are aligned and epoxied into place. Can bearing is aligned and soldered into place. Motor is completely broken in for 40 minutes and is ready to race.
