CNC precision would .518 Compettitor Tri-Star blank arm with the new ultralight Ultra can and .450 long Ultra magnets which are lighter in weight with no loss of torque due to efficient magnet design and improved magnet material.  Magnets are epoxied in place and ID ground, bearings are align reamed, hoods aree deburred before GOLD plating which is used for lowest contact resistance. Hoods and endbell bearing are aligned and epoxied into place. Can bearing is aligned and soldered into place. Motor is completely broken in for 40 minutes and is ready to race.
